Alexa Rosario is a real estate veteran, inheritance expert, author of The Legacy Year, and the creator of the CIPE designation — training over 1,100 professionals nationwide to serve families navigating inherited property. After losing her father in 2018 and navigating a 2.5-year probate process without an estate plan, she built Heirloom — a company that serves at the intersection of wealth, property, and family legacy. She speaks to the audiences no one else is reaching and equips the professionals who serve them.

Ana Sasmiresan is a Romanian-born leader, executive, and community builder who serves as Vice President for Randstad's Operational Talent Solutions across North & South Florida. With a background in Foreign Language Arts and Political Science, Ana brings both depth of experience and genuine warmth to every room she enters.
She is the Founder of Transformation Through Conversations and host of THE VALUES ROOM podcast, where she engages thought leaders on values-based leadership. Ana also launched We All Have A Diamond Inside — a jewelry line that inspires women to embrace their potential — and leads LIVE2LEAD Pompano Beach, a leadership conference powered by Maxwell Leadership.
Gabriella Daise
Gabriella Daise is a hardworking student at Archbishop Edward A. McCarthy High School who earns top grades. She has spent over 500 hours helping others through groups like the Girl Scouts and the United Way. She is a natural leader who serves as a mentor for younger students and has spoken on panels to help improve the lives of girls in Florida.
Gabriella is also a talented dancer who has studied at the famous Joffrey Ballet School in New York City. She believes that dancing is a great way to stay healthy and feel good mentally, so she started a program called “Dance Through Expression” to share this with others. She has also traveled to colleges like Georgetown and Duke to learn how to stand up for people's rights and help her community.
