All of our programs employ our mission and five heartbeats aimed at helping the young women we serve to become the best possible versions of themselves  and project those values toward others. Here are a few of our main programs. Stick around for our updates.

PROGRAMS

Dream Weekend

Dream Weekend

Dream Weekend

This is a conference that takes place at the beginning of every year. This event is free and open to middle and high school girls, parents, leaders and anyone who is invested in the lives of youths.

Small Groups

Dream Weekend

Dream Weekend

The LightsOnGirls small groups is for girls in middle and high school. These groups encourage a 360-degree approach to the development of our girls. Kicking off in October, and  running throughout the duration of the school year, mentees and mentors engage in monthly sessions that focus on self-love, self-care, empowerment and development.

Girl's Club

Prom Dress Drive

Prom Dress Drive

This is a club that meets within the elementary schools once a month. The LOG girls club creates a safe space for 4th and 5th grade girls. Within this group we start to talk to girls about kindness, bullying, confidence, etiquette, personal hygiene, serving, friendships and leadership. We create different activities and bring in volunteers to create a fun learning experience.
